Shipping

We can ship to any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will calculate shipping costs based on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping times will appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders will be processed with in two working days and delivery takes between 3 to 5 days in Australia and between 1 to 3 weeks for the rest of the world.

Returns Policy

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Alternatively we can send you a new item to replace the incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund or replacement item within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly.

If you need to return an item or request a replacement, simply email us at printedpicks@groverallman.com and we will reply to you within two working days.
